This Auckland based fintech is expanding their product offering(s) therefore require a Project Coordinator to join their team. Reporting to the Head of Projects, you'll oversee daily operations and implementation of their tech based projects
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate resources, scheduling, and prioritise tasks to ensure timely and budget compliant delivery
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other key stakeholders to achieve agreed project delivery
- Gather and analyse requirements to understand business needs, model processes, and develop detailed solutions that are fit for purpose
- Managing inquiries, resolve issues, and advise senior management accordingly
- Track timelines and prepare reports on project activities, milestones, risks, and outcomes
- Collect and analyse project data, business cases, and budget tracking
- Manage third parties and deliver user training where required
- Ensure project compliance with the required industry standards
- Previous experience in a project coordinator or management role (Tech based - ideally Fintech)
- Familiarity with project planning and tools such as Jira or Confluence
- Ability to collaborate with stakeholders, both internal and external cross functional teams
- Experience in data migration and third-party integrations
