Key Responsibilities:
- Nurture and lead the culture, vision, collaboration, and processes within the engineering teams
- Ensure best practice is understood and adhered to
- Devise software engineering strategies that align with the organisation's overall objectives
- Recruitment, onboarding, management, and retention of talent
- Demonstrated experience within senior and leadership engineering roles
- Previously worked within a SaaS environment
- Proven background in managing software engineering teams, tools, and delivery
- Strong experience and understanding of working within a mature Agile environment
- Experience recruiting, onboarding, managing and retention of engineers
- Ability to identify, develop, and implement change management, systems, and processes
- A people manager
